Ricky is currently releasing music as a solo artist and touring the world with his bandmates while practicing meditation daily. In this episode Ricky shares the major highs and lows of his musical career - from the wild successes he experienced as a teenager to the financial hardships he encountered in adulthood. Ricky is brutally honest about his battles with drug addiction, sharing his story of hitting bottom and seeking help. He emphasizes the importance of meditation in his recovery, changing the foundations of his life from ego and identity to gratitude and service to others.
